VENISON OR BEEF STEW 
2 to 3 lb. stew meat
1 med. onion, sliced
2 stalks celery, chopped
6 potatoes, quartered
1 lb. carrots, 1 inch slices
2 c. beef bouillon
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown stew meat - transfer to slow cooker and add remaining ingredients. Cook at medium setting for 4 to 5 hours. Remove meat and vegetables and thicken juices. 1 tablespoon of flour to 1 cup water. Pour gravy over meat and vegetables and serve.
