3 c. crushed corn flakes
1 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. season all
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. oil
1/2 c. butter Crisco
2 pkgs. boneless, skinless turkey breast

Mix crushed corn flakes, Bisquick and seasonings in large container. Cut turkey breast in half. Cut those halves into 1/2" strips. Beat eggs in large bowl. Add turkey strips to beaten egg and stir well, coating all turkey strips. Take several strips at a time and put in cereal mixture and coat well. Repeat until all turkey strips are coated. In large skillet heat oil and butter Crisco. Fry both sides of turkey strips for a couple of minutes.
