CHOCOLATE ANGEL PIE 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter

PIE FILLING:

1/2 lb. marshmallows
1 c. milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whipped cream
2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate (grated)

9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix crumbs, sugar and butter. Press mixture firmly and evenly against bottom and sides of pie pan. Bake 10 minutes and cool. Heat marshmallows and milk over boiling water until melted. Cool. Stir in salt and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream and grated chocolate. Pour into graham cracker crumb crust. Chill. Top with curls of chocolate shaved off another chocolate square if desired.
