4 squares of Baker's unsweetened chocolate
1 stick unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 cup four
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 325°F. Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler until mixed.

Add sugar and blend. Separate eggs. Add yolks to chocolate. Add vanilla. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Fold into chocolate mixture.

Pour into greased pie pan and bake for 19 or 20 minutes - DON'T OVER COOK! Pie will be gooey in the middle but it is so yummy that way!
