CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 (5 oz.) cans boned chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
2 c. Minute rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 bag potato chips
1 med. onion
2 sticks celery

Saute 1 medium onion and 2 sticks of chopped celery in butter or oil. Mix all ingredients together in casserole and top with crushed chips. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
