APRICOT GLAZED BAKED HAM (Best
Ever)
 
1 canned cooked boneless ham, about 8 lbs.
1 can peeled apricot halves, drained
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/3 c. juice drained from apricots
1/4 c. apricot liqueur plus 2 tbsp.
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. dry mustard

Place ham fat side up on a rack in a baking pan. Combine brown sugar, apricot juice, 1/4 cup apricot liqueur, lemon juice and dry mustard. Spoon over ham.

Bake in preheated oven 325 degrees. Baste with ham drippings every 20 minutes. Bake 2 1/2 hours. Remove from oven, arrange apricot halves over top. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons apricot liqueur and bake 10-15 minutes longer. Serves 15.
