CORN RELISH 
2 1/2 qts. corn cut from cob
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped sweet red pepper
1 1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. turmeric
2 2/3 c. vinegar
2 c. water

Boil corn cut from cob. Combine all ingredients and boil for 20 minutes. Put in hot jars, adjust lids and process in hot water bath 15 minutes.
