CORN RELISH 
2 qts. cut corn
1 qt. cut cabbage
1 c. cut red pepper
1 c. chopped onions
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. turmeric
2 tbsp. dry mustard seed
1 c. water
1 qt. vinegar
1-2 c. sugar

Boil corn 5 minutes; cut from cob. Add to ingredients and simmer 20 minutes. Bring to boiling. Pack boiling hot into sterilized pint jars. Leave 1/8-inch space; adjust caps. Makes 6 pints.
