QUICK AND EASY CORN RELISH | |
2 (12 oz.) cans corn with sweet peppers, drained 3 tbsp. oil 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. vinegar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. celery seed 2 tsp. minced dried onions In bowl combine drained corn and oil; set aside. In saucepan combine sugar, vinegar, onion, salt, and celery seed. Cover and bring to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes. Add to corn, cover and cool. Refrigerate. Drain to serve. Makes 3 cups. |
