CORN RELISH 
2 qts. corn kernels
3 c. cider vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped red peppr
1 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. pickling salt
1 tbsp. mustard seed
2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. turmeric
1 clove garlic, minced

In large saucepan, cover corn with water. Bring to boiling and simmer 5 minutes. Drain, stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer for 20 minutes. Spoon into clean jars. Seal. Makes 6 pints.
