SPANDKOPITA 
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach
6 oz. feta cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
1 sm. onion, diced
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 tsp. dillweed
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. soft butter
1/2 pkg. filo leaves, thawed

Drain spinach after cooking for 3 minutes. Mix with above ingredients, brush pan with the 1 tablespoon soft butter. Put layers of filo and brush each layer with butter until you have used 10 layers. Pour filling over top of the 10 buttered layers, then repeat with 10 more layers on top of filling. Cut into squares, then bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
