HERBED CHERRY TOMATOES 
1 pt. cherry tomatoes
3 tbsp. butter or regular butter
1 clove garlic, minced or garlic salt to taste
1/4 tsp. dried oregano or parsley leaves

Wash and stem tomatoes. Melt butter in 10 inch skillet over medium heat, about 2 minutes. Add garlic and oregano (or parsley) and saute 1 to 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook, stirring constantly 3 minutes or until skins just begin to split.
