HERBED CHERRY TOMATOES 
2 pt. cherry tomatoes
1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/2 c. packed minced fresh parsley
3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. fresh thyme OR 1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. salt, or to taste
1/8 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place tomatoes in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over tomatoes; gently toss to coat.

Bake 6 to 8 minutes. Do not over cook.
