RUM BALLS 
2 1/2 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
1 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. rum or brandy
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1 1/4 tsp. water

Mix all ingredients together. Shape into walnut size balls. Roll in granulated sugar and store in airtight container for 4 or more days before serving.
