MOM'S PIE CRUST 
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. lard
4, 5, or 6 tbsp. ice water

Mix flour and salt in bowl. Cut the lard in with fork until it looks like meal. Put 4 tablespoons of ice water and stir. May need more ice water. Divide and roll out on floured surface. Shape into pie shells. Bake until brown.
