PORK CHOPS AND RICE BAKE 
4 chops
2 1/4 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 c. rice
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained

Brown chops well. Remove and pour off fat. Add broth, onion, salt and pepper to skillet. Heat to boiling. Stir in rice. Turn into baking dish. Top with chops and oranges. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
