LAYERED SALAD 
1 head lettuce, sliced and chopped
1 head cauliflower, sliced
10 oz. frozen peas
2 tbsp. real bacon bits
2 pkgs. original Ranch dressing (sprinkle dry)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheese

In large bowl layer lettuce, cauliflower and frozen peas. Over that sprinkle bacon bits and dry Ranch dressing mix. Seal with mayonnaise. Toss at serving time with grated cheese. Serves 8.

Variation: When layering vegetables, add celery, green onions, red onion or green pepper (1 cup of each, chopped) or any one of them.
