KEY LIME PIE 
1 stick butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. flour

Mix well, press into pie pan, bake at 400 degrees until lightly browned. Let cool.

FILLING:

4 egg yolks
3 oz. (1/2 c.) lime juice
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Beat egg yolks until lemon colored. Blend in condensed milk slowly. Add lime juice and mix well. Pour filling into cooled pie crust.

MERINGUE:

4 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. sugar

Add cream of tartar to egg whites and beat until foamy. Continue beating adding sugar 1 tablespoon at a time until egg whites form stiff peaks. Top pie with meringue. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
