Kecap (sweet soya) 2 c. water 2 tbsp. sesame oil or peanut 3 lbs. pork loin, very well trimmed, cut into 1 inch cubes Heat oil over high heat. Brown pork evenly, stirring constantly so it doesn't burn. Lower heat and add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 2 hours over low heat. |
