BABI KECAP 
5 cloves garlic
1 (3 inch) piece ginger
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. chopped onion (med.-lg.)
3/4 c. Kecap (sweet soya)
2 c. water
2 tbsp. sesame oil or peanut
3 lbs. pork loin, very well trimmed, cut into 1 inch cubes

Heat oil over high heat. Brown pork evenly, stirring constantly so it doesn't burn. Lower heat and add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 2 hours over low heat.
