BLACKENED STEAK 
1 lb. steak or boneless chicken
1/2 (2 oz.) bottle Gravey Master
2 pkgs. soy sauce
1/2 onion and or green pepper, sauteed
Sugar

Brown steak or boneless chicken in oil. Drain. Put meat into skillet pan. Cover with water and let cook for 10 minutes. Then add 1/2 of ounce of Gravey Master, two packs of soy sauce; cover and simmer until fork tender. You will need to add a little water occasionally as meat is almost done add cooked onion to meat. Then add 1/2 cup sugar to sweeten meat or more sugar to taste. Meat will be very black.
