6 BEAN SOUP 
3 c. dried beans (use 1/2 c. of 6 different dried beans)
Oil
1 lb. skirt steak or soup meat
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. can crushed tomatoes
Salt & pepper
Mrs. Dash
4 c. water
2 cloves garlic

Soak beans in water for 24 hours. Change water twice.

Brown meat, onion and garlic. Add water, tomatoes, beans, garlic, salt and pepper and Mrs. Dash. Simmer until thick and beans are tender. Serve with hot Italian or French bread. Good winter meal.
