GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 med. potatoes
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 onion, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. hamburger meat, brown and drained
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. oil

Slice potatoes and place in baking dish with oil. Top with onion, then with browned hamburger meat. Add green beans and cover with mushroom soup. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours.
