SPIEDIES 
1 c. oil
1 c. vinegar
1 c. Burgundy
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. parsley
3 lb. cubed lamb, beef, pork or chicken
1 tsp. basil
2 bay leaves
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. lemon juice
Salt
Pepper

Combine all ingredients except Burgundy and meat. Heat to boiling; cool, add Burgundy. Pour over meat. Marinate 3 days. Thread on skewers and cook on barbecue grill.
