FLAMING HOT MAPLE BUFFALO SAUCE 
6 tbsp. butter
3/4 cup water (6oz)
4 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tbsp. dark corn syrup
2 tbsp. Cracker Barrel 100% Pure Natural Syrup (Contains 55% Maple Syrup)
1 splash of Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup dry cayenne red peppers
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup hot sauce
1 small onion chopped
2 cloves fresh garlic
4 tbsp. Heinz Ketchup
2 tbsp. fresh lemon

Prepare baked or fried chicken. Dry chicken on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Place butter in small pot and melt. Add all other ingredients in same pot and let simmer for 15 minutes. Set aside and let rest for 5 minutes.

Now take chicken pieces and dip in buffalo sauce. Place dipped chicken in oven safe dish and bake for 20 minutes at 350°F. After 1st 10 minutes, flip chicken over to bake the other side with remaining 10 minutes.

Finally, remove from oven and serve immediately. Everyone will surely gobble up these wings and beg for more. Enjoy!
