CHOCOLATE REVEL BARS 
1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. quick oatmeal

FILLING:

1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Sift together and add dry ingredients. Stir in oatmeal; set aside.

For Filling: Melt chips, milk, butter and salt together on very low heat. When smooth, add nuts and vanilla.

Spread 2/3 of oatmeal mixture in 10"x15" pan. Cover with chocolate filling and dot with remaining oatmeal mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
