SPAGHETTI PATTIES 
4 c. spaghetti, cooked
3 eggs
4 bacon slices, fried & crumbled
1/4 c. green onion, minced
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
Salad oil

Combine all ingredients, except oil. In large skillet, over medium heat, in 3 tablespoons oil, drop heaping 1/2 cup mounds of spaghetti mixture. Using a pancake turner, press each mound into a 4-inch patty.

When I serve spaghetti, I always make extra spaghetti so we can eat these patties the next day.
