GOOD 'N EASY PIZZA 
DOUGH:

1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 1/2 c. flour
Dash of salt

SAUCE:

1/2 c. chopped onions
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. minced garlic
1/8 tsp. pepper
Oregano and basil to taste

DOUGH: Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in remaining ingredients; beat vigorously, about 20 strokes. Allow dough to rest in warm place while preparing sauce (about 10 minutes). Press out on greased pizza pan with shortening on hands as well.

SAUCE: Spread on dough-sauce, meat(s), toppings and cheese.

Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. If pizza sets about 15 minutes before baking, crust seems to be better.
