2 c. (12 oz. pkg.) chocolate chips
3 (4 oz.) pkgs. sweet cooking chocolate
1 (8 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
2 c. broken walnuts
4 1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 lg. can evaporated milk

Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Cook remaining items and bring to boil. Boil 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour immediately over ingredients in bowl and stir until chocolate melts. Transfer to a greased 9x13 pan; cool. A chocolate lover's dream!
