BARBECUE MEAT 
6 chops
1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. fat
1 lg. onion, sliced
3/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano

Combine flour, salt and pepper. Roll chops in mixture and brown in hot fat. Arrange in casserole with onion slices on top. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over onions and chops. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for an hour.
