BARBECUED MEATBALLS 
3 lbs. ground beef
2 c. cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. minced onion
3 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 c. milk
6 tbsp. fat

Combine beef, crumbs, onion, salt, pepper, and milk; mix well. Form into serving size balls, roll in flour, brown in fat.

SAUCE:

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. vinegar
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. catsup

Bring above ingredients to a boil. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Freezes nicely. Serves 8 to 12.
