BARBECUE PATTIES 
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 lb. ground round
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp. melted fat

Moisten crumbs with milk. Add meat and seasonings. Make 4 large patties. Brown in fat.

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
1 onion, chopped fine
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. catsup

Mix well. Pour over patties. Cook 20 to 30 minutes on low heat.
