BANANA PIE 
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
7 to 8 ripe bananas
6 tbsp. orange juice
3 tbsp. butter
9 inch 2 crust pie shells

In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut bananas about 1/8 inch thick. You should have about 5 cups. Place in a large bowl; sprinkle with orange juice and toss gently. Sprinkle with brown sugar mixture; mix gently. Put in unbaked pie shell and cover with top pie crust. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool 1 hour.
