CRANBERRY RELISH SALAD 
1 c. fresh cranberries
1/2 orange
1/2 c. sugar
1 package orange flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
2/3 c. juice (from fruit mixture)
1/2 c. chopped apple
1/2 c. finely cut celery

Pick out and wash cranberries. Wash orange and remove white from it. Grind the orange and cranberries. Add sugar and let mixture stand over night. Drain juice from mixture and measure 2/3 c. juice. If insufficient add orange juice. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Combine mixture and chill until somewhat thick. Add apple and celery. Mix well. Pour into mold and chill.
