SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN WINGS 
12 chicken wings, cut in half and tip removed
2/3 c. cornstarch
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 egg, well beaten
1/4 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar

In large saucepan, place chicken wings, add water to cover, simmer 15 minutes. Drain, set aside 1/2 cup of broth. In a plastic bag combine cornstarch and garlic salt.

Dip chicken wings in egg, then coat in bag. Brown in skillet and oil. In a small bowl mix sugar, broth, catsup and vinegar. Place chicken in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour mix over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
