1/2 c. butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1 egg yolk
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
Dash of salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all but flour. Beat well. Add flour. Mix well. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes until golden brown around edges. Can ice with 1 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 stick soft butter, lemon juice to taste. May also add cranberries or blueberries.
