1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 stick butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all ingredients except powdered sugar. Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Bake 20 minutes or until light brown. You should let cookies cool slightly before coating them. Put sugar in plastic bag and shake the cookie balls. Makes about 20 cookies.
