SESAME-BLUE CORN FISH FRY 
1 c. blue cornmeal
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
4-6 fish fillets (trout, walleye, etc. - any fish that will pan fry well)
1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

In a flat bowl, mix blue cornmeal, sesame seeds, salt and pepper. Put lemon juice in a separate bowl. Dip fish fillets first in lemon juice, then in sesame/cornmeal mixture, coating fish well on both sides. Pan fry the coated fillets in butter or oil. Delicious and visually appealing.
