1 lb. lean sausage
8 oz. sharp cheese (grated)
2 c. Bisquick
Dash Tabasco sauce

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Shape into small balls. Bake at 350 degrees on a cookie sheet 20 minutes. Makes 50.
