TROPICAL MARINADE 
2/3 c. pineapple juice
2 garlic cloves
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. cayenne

Process all ingredients in a food process or blender until thoroughly combined. Makes enough for 2 pounds beef, lamb, pork or poultry.
