Excellent marinade. I use boneless skinless chicken breasts. A friend gave me this recipe years ago and everyone loves it and asks me for the recipe. We always grill extra to have in salads and quesadillias after. It's recommended to marinate over night, but I've allowed it to marinate 2 days and it's even better also great after only 8 hours. The longer it marinates the better it is. I mince the fresh garlic and use only 1/4 tsp. of ground ginger.
