2/3 c. butter
2 1/4 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. nuts

In large sauce pan, melt butter, remove from heat, add sugar, eggs and vanilla, stir well. Add flour and salt, stir. Add chips and nuts. Pour into well greased and floured large jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Allow to cool 15 minutes. Cut into squares.
