JUST CHICKEN SALAD 
1 (3-4 lb.) whole chicken
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1 pkg. Ramen noodles, chicken flavor
1/2 c. butter
4 green onions and tops
1 c. sliced green seedless grapes
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Boil chicken until tender. Coo, strip meat from bones. Cube bite-size pieces; chill. Saute noodles in butter, break into small pieces. (DO NOT use seasoning packet.) Add to chicken. Add onions, grapes, and almonds, if desired. Sprinkle with olive oil and lemon juice. Refrigerate 1 hour. Add mayonnaise. Toss lightly. You may need less or more mayonnaise. Enjoy.
