ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD 
4 cooked chicken breasts, cut into squares
1 (4 oz.) pkg. almonds, toasted
1/2 head chopped red cabbage
1/2 head chopped green cabbage
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 pkgs. chicken Top Ramen noodles, uncooked & crumbled

Mix well in large bowl.

In a jar shake and mix the following ingredients for the dressing: 1/2 c. olive oil 2 pkgs. chicken Top Ramen seasoning mix 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. rice vinegar 8 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

Add dressing to salad. Mix well and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
