CHICKEN ORIENTAL SALAD 
3-4 pkg. instant Oriental noodles (Top Ramen)
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1 lg. chicken breast
1/2 head cabbage, chopped
2 green onions
4 tbsp. toasted sliced almonds

DRESSING:

1/4 to 1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. MSG (optional)
1/2 to 1 tsp. salt or to taste
2 tbsp. Oriental rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cook chicken breast and chop up. Bread up noodles and boil 1 minute until slightly soft; drain (don't over cook). Chop cabbage and green onion. Add sesame seeds, almonds; toss together with dressing. May make the night before. About 3 quarts.
