1 lb. ground chuck
2 tbsp. onions, diced
1 tsp. salt
1 potato, cooked
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 egg
3 - 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix chuck, onions, salt, cooked and mashed potato, garlic powder and egg together. Form into a loaf. Firmly press mushroom slices over entire surface. Bake for approximately 1 hour. Serve with catsup.
