SHRIMP SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni, cooked and drained
2 c. cooked shrimp
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. dill weed (optional)

Mix dressing in a bowl with a wire whisk until well blended. Add macaroni and shrimp. Chill and serve on fresh lettuce.
