2 (12 oz. ea.) pkgs. chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 cups peanuts
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate chips into top of double boiler, stir in the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Drop by teaspoon on waxed paper and allow to dry.
