HOT DOG AND BURGER RELISH 
5 c. ground cucumbers
2 c. ground onions
3 c. ground celery
2 hot peppers, ground
2 green peppers, ground
1/2 c. salt
1 1/2 c. water
1 qt. white vinegar
4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. mustard seed
2 tbsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. garlic powder

Combine all the vegetables. Add salt and water. Let set overnight. Next morning drain well. Heat vinegar with the remaining ingredients until it comes to a boil. Add the vegetables and bring to a boil again. Lower heat and cook 10 minutes. Put in jars and seal. Yields 5 pints. I use this in potato and macaroni salads.
