Cake:

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice

Mix everything by hand in order. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Ice with icing recipe below when cake is cool.

Icing:

8 tbsp. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese

Mix until creamy.
