BREADED PORK CHOPS 
1 box corn flake crumbs
Salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. flour
6 lean chops
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Wipe chops with damp cloth. Dip chops in egg mixture, then in crumbs mixture and cover completely. Place in flat baking pan. Sprinkle leftover egg mixture and crumbs over chops. Put dabs of butter in the open spots and pour a little water in the pan (not over chops). Bake in preheated 450 degree oven for 30 minutes. Now cover with tinfoil and cook 30 minutes longer; remove foil and lower heat to 350 degrees until brown. You may turn chops if you desire. Both sides brown.
